"Quote Was Really Disappointing"
I got what seemed like a decent quote online, so I decided to send my device in. But once they actually received it, they dropped the offer by a lot. It felt misleading and frustrating, like I had wasted my time. I definitely won’t be using them again

"Support was fine, just a little slow"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and, you know, it was fine. Totally fine. They did eventually get back to me, and the answer actually helped once I got it. I wasn’t exactly thrilled with how long it took, but I’m not making a big thing out of it. Overall, not a bad experience, I just would’ve appreciated a quicker response.

I mean, the payout was fair overall. It just took a little longer than I expected, but I was satisfied in the end...

"Payment took forever to come through"
I did get paid in the end, so I can’t say it never showed up, but the whole thing took way longer than I expected and I kept checking and wondering what was going on and feeling a bit annoyed because it just shouldn’t take that long to get your money.

"Super clear from start to finish"
I really liked how they walked me through what they checked and explained why the final offer came out the way it did. No guessing, no weird surprises, just straight-up info. It felt fair and easy to follow, which was all I was looking for. Solid experience overall.

"Shipping ended up being more work than expected"
I didn’t realize I’d have to handle the shipping myself until I got to that part, that made the whole process a lot more annoying. The product might be fine, but from my experience, having to pack it up and ship it on my own was a hassle I wasn’t really expecting

"I was kinda unsure at first, not gonna..."
I was kinda unsure at first, not gonna lie, but everything ended up feeling really clear and legit. No weird surprises or anything, and I actually felt like I could trust the whole process. Would def use them again.
